  • Malaysia & nearby regions: 4–8 business days

  • International shipments: 7–15 business days

Delivery times vary due to customs procedures, weather conditions, and courier operations. RAVITYKICKS cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, weight, and shipping method. Customers will see total shipping charges at checkout before completing the order.

4. Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email, typically becoming active within 24–48 hours. Tracking updates may vary depending on the courier.

5. Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customs taxes or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. RAVITYKICKS is not responsible for delays caused by customs agencies.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers must ensure that all shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for:

  • Reshipping fees resulting from customer errors

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
