Returns & Refunds Policy

RAVITYKICKS aims to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review the following return and refund guidelines.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Packaging, tags, and accessories are intact

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Items that are damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or final-sale products

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Socks or hygiene-sensitive items once opened

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, contact info@ravitykicks.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is defective)

Our support team will provide instructions and the return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was incorrect or defective.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time is typically 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of seller error

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped item, notify us within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
